Spare Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 Racks of Spare Ribs from the Bridgeport Ribhouse
  • Hot Honey Sauce

One thing I've learned after throwing several tailgate parties over the years is when you find someone that can do a dish better than anyone else you've ever come across, than why try and reinvent the wheel! I've enjoyed ribs for a couple of decades now and I've had them all over the country and I'm telling you there is no one out there that cooks better ribs than Walt and Deets at the Bridgeport Ribhouse. Yeah I know, the Ribhouse is the personal training grounds for Tailgate Russ when I'm preparing for Wing Bowl, but let me just say I could have gone anywhere and I chose the Bridgeport Ribhouse. These guys have been smoking and cooking ribs for years and they just have it down. Now of course everyone has their own personal preferences and bar none this is mine. So call the Ribhouse at 610-278-8066 and place your order. If you need any side dishes then check out the menu at www.ribhouse.net They'll have your ribs smoked and ready to go when you get there. If you have time have a cold one at the bar - Deets has just a great bar! When your grill is ready, toss a few ribs on, let them go for a couple of minutes a side, baste them with the Hot Honey sauce, turn 'em again and your ready for the best rib you've ever had! The Ribhouse also has the baby backs plus other BBQ sauces but for a tailgate party I like to go with the meaty spare ribs and the hot honey sauce.
